Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for inspecting residential and commercial properties to identify and treat pest infestations using Integrated Pest Management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of pests such as insects, rodents, and wildlife.
• Treat identified pests using environmentally friendly methods.
• Document findings and treatment plans in client files.
• Communicate with clients regarding pest control services and progress.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in entomology, biology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in pest control or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in pest identification and treatment.
• Experience with pest control equipment and chemicals.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
