Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage homeowners in your assigned area through door-to-door visits, phone calls, and emails to generate new business opportunities.
  • Leverage persuasive communication and consultative selling techniques to influence decision-making and close sales effectively.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners through patience, persistence, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Confidently present and demonstrate the value of HomeTeam’s products and services, clearly explaining benefits and pricing to both current and prospective customers.
  • Drive the sales process to completion, ensuring all agreements and documentation are accurate and comprehensive for a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay adaptable and motivated, thinking on your feet and working independently to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred – training will be provided!
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
