Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solving problems and building trusted relationships.
• Adept at listening to customer needs and clearly explaining practical solutions, winning customers with confidence and care.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities, conduct with professionalism and integrity, serve as an empathetic problem solver.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized, receiving training on this tool.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home, addressing any questions and setting expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and interact with clients.
