Responsibilities

• Guide homeowners to the perfect flooring solutions during in-home appointments
• Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish
• Close sales using warm company-provided leads (no cold calls or door knocking)

Training and Support

• Comprehensive 4-week training program designed for beginners
• First 2 weeks fully paid to focus on learning
• Start earning commission as early as Week 3
• Continuous coaching for growth and success
• Draw available
• Flexible appointment-based schedule, 5 days per week
