Outside Sales Representative

About the Role

Join PJ Fitzpatrick, the most respected home improvement company in the Delaware Valley and the only contractor to receive the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for ethics and integrity. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based outside sales opportunity with top performers earning $85,000–$300,000 annually. Bi-weekly training pay is provided during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs.
• Present tailored solutions and close sales using our proven one-call-close methodology.
• Maintain professional relationships to build trust and repeat business.

Requirements

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic Windows applications and CRMs.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Outside sales experience preferable.

Schedule

Monday–Saturday availability required. Three daily appointment slots on weekdays, two on Saturdays.
