IPS Packaging & Automation is a 2nd-generation, veteran-owned company with over 50 years of experience in the packaging industry. We offer a wide range of packaging supplies and value-added services including custom design, engineering, automation, equipment sales, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers and become a trusted partner in their business
- Build and grow your sales territory by identifying opportunities and expanding market presence
- Partner with IPS engineering and automation teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet real customer needs
- Drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value-driven solutions
- Stay ahead of market trends and serve as an informed resource for your clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Hunter mentality — competitive, self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus
