About the role

This is not an entry-level sales role. We’re looking for a proven Outside Sales Representative with a track record of success in industrial B2B sales—someone who knows how to navigate complex buying environments, build long-term partnerships, and consistently win new business.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a multi-state territory (PA, MD, WV)
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business within industrial and manufacturing accounts
  • Build long-term partnerships with operations, supply chain, and procurement leaders
  • Manage a structured pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver custom packaging and logistics solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through both new business and account expansion

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience (manufacturing, logistics, packaging, or related industries)
  • Must have a stable work history demonstrating consistent performance and career progression
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business
  • Experience selling into operations, supply chain, or plant-level decision makers
  • Strong territory management and pipeline discipline
