OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
About the role
The Rental Sales Representative will be responsible for rental sales, developing and maintaining relationships with current customers, and generating new rental business within their assigned territory. In this role, you will rent industrial and construction equipment by making in-person sales calls with existing customers and identifying new prospects.
Responsibilities
- Rent Industrial and Construction Equipment
- Develop, Maintain and Manage strong customer relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment
- Maintain product knowledge
- Research equipment, parts or products to meet specialized customer requirements
- Manage the Rental Order Process across multiple departments
- Provide ongoing support and project updates to customers and various internal teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion using excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years sales-related experience
- Working knowledge of construction and industrial equipment, with prior experience in the construction or similar industry a huge plus
- Excellent computer skills
- College degree in business or sales field preferred (high school education required)
- Able to present and sell at all customer levels
- Able to function efficiently in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment
- Minimum 21 years of age with a clean driving record

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions
This Position will be working in operating facilities and outdoors traveling to customer locations where the employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures. Must be able to frequently lift up to 100 pounds. Requires driving to and from customer locations where the normal auto hazards apply. [This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.]
