Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary

About the Role

You will meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales. No cold calling – all appointments are pre-qualified by our call center.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Pay

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
