Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers a base salary with full benefits plus uncapped commissions, providing unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $80,000 - $87,000 with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are between $101,000 - $119,000.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different
