Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers a base salary with full benefits, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $90,000–$100,000 with potential to earn more; Year 2 on-target earnings are between $100,000–$120,000.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries
