Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Hanes Geo Components (HGC) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Western PA territory. HGC supplies geotextiles, erosion control, stormwater products, and construction site/soil stabilization materials.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain current relationships with existing customers
• Seek new business opportunities within the construction industry
• Closing sales effectively

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for sales
• The ability to develop strong customer relationships
• Proven sales and leadership experience, preferably in the construction industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales or related field preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Base salary with a quarterly commission
