Outside Sales Representative

Empire Today is seeking driven, energetic sales professionals to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help them find the best flooring products. Hot leads are provided within a 1-hour radius, as customers have already called to request in-home estimates. Leverage the strength of a well-known brand to generate additional income through referrals and prospecting.

About the role

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earnings potential. Outside Sales Consultants average $50k–$70k in their first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. The role includes performance-based commission bonuses, incentives, and access to benefits.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle with space for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month (higher commission rate)
• Attendance at in-person and virtual sales meetings and training sessions
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Professional presentation, including wearing Empire-branded apparel
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices for sales presentations
• Delivery of excellent customer service
