Outside Sales Representative
About the role
Hunt for opportunities, build lasting relationships, and grow your career with Haulaway. As a Business Development Representative, you'll sell portable storage containers and roll-off rental solutions to diverse clients including schools, construction sites, and commercial businesses.
Responsibilities
- Work outside the office 70% of the time, prospecting and securing container rental sales
- Build long-term customer relationships and recurring revenue through existing accounts
- Own your sales pipeline and manage customer interactions
- Partner with operations to ensure reliable service delivery
Requirements
- Motivated and experienced in sales and relationship building
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Passion for providing secure, durable storage solutions
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Pay
Base Salary: $45,000 plus a structured commission opportunity based on performance and success, with unlimited earning potential.
Schedule
Work outside the office 70% of the time, with the remaining 30% dedicated to office tasks and meetings.
