Responsibilities

• Attending pre-scheduled, pre-qualified in-home appointments
• Delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Assessing damage through inspections without roof access
• Negotiating and closing deals to meet customer needs

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior sales or construction experience required; training provided
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and travel readiness
• Ability to safely operate ladders and work at heights following safety guidelines
• Availability during midday, evening, and weekends

Compensation and Benefits

• Uncapped commissions averaging $2,500 per sale with weekly pay
• Potential annual earnings between $125,000 - $250,000+
