Outside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. The role involves prospecting, closing complex contracts, and establishing long-term relationships with business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services
• Create tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
• Maintain accurate client information and activity in CRM
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Qualifications & Skills

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services
• Proven success in exceeding sales goals and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
