- Existing relationships with commercial property managers or building owners
- Field sales or territory sales background, with CRM fluency

At City Wide Facility Solutions, Outside Sales Representatives earn $120,000+ on-target with uncapped commission, and once you ramp, you'll close $5,000 to $10,000 in new monthly contract revenue that recurs and compounds into a book that's yours.
