Requirements
- Demonstrated success in outside sales or new business development
- The drive to hunt new business in person and by phone
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to high standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for territory coverage
- Strong communication skills for surveys, presentations, and proposals
Qualifications
Experience selling recurring services or B2B contracts
Background in uniform, facility services, or commercial cleaning sales
Existing relationships with commercial property managers or building owners
Field sales or territory sales background, with CRM fluency

At City Wide Facility Solutions, Outside Sales Representatives earn $120,000+ on-target with uncapped commission, and once you ramp, you'll close $5,000 to $10,000 in new monthly contract revenue that recurs and compounds into a book that's yours.
