Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the company in growing the regional business through increased communication, technical knowledge and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for all outside sales at location.
- Manage existing program dealers and find new program dealers.
- Collaborate with non-program dealers and new customers.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding product, product availability and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints in a proper manner in coordination with related departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have communication and presentation skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must be able to communicate programs from vendors and the company, implement strategies to help the customer achieve the goals set by these programs.
- Must have a positive attitude and possess strong people skills.
- Able to plan and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Strong team player and ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
- Able to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job.
- Two to Three years of experience in Sales.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Must have a valid Driver License.
