Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Conducts sales calls, manages inventory, and ensures timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to potential customers
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• Process orders and fulfill customer requests promptly
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
