Responsibilities
- Making sales calls.
- Contract enforcement.
- Analyze current economic trends to identify business opportunities that generate revenue resources and increase profits.
- Recruiting and training of new outside sales representatives.
- Scheduling training and ride-alongs with new and existing reps.
- Ensuring new contracts are verified and correct.
- Develop SOP and manuals for sales structure/ marketing goals.
- Extensive travel required.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent
- Minimum 10+ years of sales/ marketing experience
- Minimum 10+ years of cold calling experience
- Minimum 10+ years of managerial experience
- Drug free lifestyle
- A clean motor vehicle report
- The ability to travel to Canada
Salary
Starting pay is from $150,000
Hours
M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturday 10:00am - 2:30pm
