• Speak with homeowners about our services
• Work assigned opportunities and surrounding homes
• Set appointments for free estimates
• Represent the company professionally
• Stay consistent with daily activity expectations

• Comfortable communicating with homeowners
• Reliable transportation
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Sales experience is a plus but not required

Income Breakdown
Average commissions:
Gutters: approximately $1,000 per sale
Showers: a little above $1,000 per sale
Roofing: approximately $2,000 per sale
An average rep who is putting in the recommended daily activity should be able to produce 2–3 sales per week minimum.
That typically puts weekly earnings around:
$2,000 to $4,000 per week
Over the course of a year (50 working weeks), that equates to:
$100,000 to $200,000 annually

Pay

$70,000 – $200,000+ per year (Commission-Based)
