Outside Sales Representative — Construction Ramley Home Solutions | Michigan Pay: Base + commission, based on experience Schedule: Weekdays required; approximately one Saturday per month Ramley Home Solutions is looking for an Outside Sales Representative with sales experience and a working knowledge of residential construction or home improvement. You'll meet with homeowners, visit job sites, understand their project needs, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the sales process. Company-generated leads and marketing support are provided, with opportunities to develop your own leads and referral relationships as well. We're looking for someone who communicates well, builds trust with customers, stays organized, and takes ownership of their results. What You'll Do Respond to leads and schedule appointmentsMeet homeowners and visit job sitesUnderstand project needs and recommend appropriate solutionsPrepare and present quotes using an iPad and company estimating technologyFollow up with customers and manage opportunities through the sales processBuild customer relationships and generate referralsDevelop additional business through networking and prospectingCommunicate clearly and professionally throughout the customer experience What We're Looking For Experience with residential construction or home improvementStrong communication and customer relationship skillsComfortable with in-person sales and job-site visitsOrganized, self-motivated, and accountableComfortable learning and using technology for estimating and quoting Preferred: Experience selling roofing, decks, remodeling, or other residential construction services; estimating or quoting experience; consultative sales experience; or an existing referral/networking base.
