What You’ll Be Doing

  • Possess and develop a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Meet and engage with clients to uncover and pursue business opportunities
  • Create and present proposals that demonstrate Badger’s value
  • Negotiate contracts that ensure profitability
  • Stay informed about competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with local branches to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Track and manage opportunities within the CRM system to forecast and report results

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • A demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with customers
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, or environmental services is preferred
