What You’ll Be Doing
- Possess and develop a pipeline of qualified leads
- Meet and engage with clients to uncover and pursue business opportunities
- Create and present proposals that demonstrate Badger’s value
- Negotiate contracts that ensure profitability
- Stay informed about competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends
- Collaborate with local branches to develop and implement sales strategies
- Track and manage opportunities within the CRM system to forecast and report results
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with customers
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, or environmental services is preferred
