Outside Sales Representative

What You’ll Do Estimates job requirements, prepares and submits bids for crushed concrete salesConveys product selection based on proper material and availability based on inventory and pending ordersUses established formulas to determine the amount of material requiredEstimates time requirements for site deliveriesMaintains project tracking list ensuring totals are updated with new jobs and completed jobsResponds to customer needs, issues and exercises judgment to solveProvides job information sheets to customers on all new ordersSubmits pre-qualification package to companies requesting themMonitors customer accounts for timely payment and performs collection duties where necessaryProficient in Word, Excel, understanding of KPI’sPossible travel requiredPerforms other duties as assigned or required What You’ll Need Some sales experience, preferred Knowledge of Construction, Concrete & Asphalt Recycling and or Demolition, preferred Strong computer skills, math and writing skills sufficient to estimate project costs and write proposals; and math skills to develop, track, and prepare job costs reportsMust have excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with other employees, supervisors, and clientsAbility to read and interpret specs and drawingsAbility to multitask while remaining focusedAbility to drive motor vehicleAbility to stand for extended periods of time without breaksProficient skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel Working Conditions Occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 poundsAbility to sit and/or stand for extended periods of timeExposure to loud noise, machinery, chemicals, fumes, odors, etc Compensation And Benefits Salary Range $68,900 to $89,570 USD Benefits Arcosa is proud to offer competitive benefits and programs to help you and your family meet your healthcare and retirement planning needs.
