Outside Sales Representative
About the role
We're assembling an elite sales team to dominate the premium water treatment industry in Middle TN. We're looking for experienced in-home sales professionals who are tired of commission caps, inconsistent lead flow, and limited advancement. Our leadership team has spent more than 45 years growing our home improvement company, and we are now seeking salespeople who want to build something extraordinary.
What you'll sell
You'll represent RainSoft, one of the most recognized names in premium water treatment while working for American Home Design. Our customers aren't buying a luxury—they're investing in healthier water, better-tasting drinking water, cleaner showers, softer laundry, and protecting their homes from hard water damage.

Requirements
- Proven in-home sales experience
- Background in bath, HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, remodeling, or other high-ticket sales
