About the role

AKE Safety Equipment is seeking experienced outside sales reps to sell STOP-FYRE directly to farmers. The ideal candidate is a confident, driven individual with a connection to the agricultural community, construction and/or excavation background, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Sell STOP-FYRE directly to farmers
  • Drive farm-to-farm to demonstrate product benefits
  • Build relationships with farmers to promote product usage
  • Manage and exceed sales targets
  • Represent AKE Safety Equipment with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

  • Many years of sales experience
  • Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Connection to the agricultural community
  • Background in construction and/or excavation
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Commitment to helping others
  • Experience as a hunter and proven successes
  • Willingness to learn and train
  • Self-driven and self-motivated

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel extensively

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$90,816 a year - Commission Only

Schedule
