Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer relationships within your territory
- Conduct regular sales calls to construction offices and job sites
- Grow rental, sales, and service opportunities
- Promote Duke Rentals' services and represent our brand with professionalism
- Collaborate with the store team and sales management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (equipment rental preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of construction industry a plus
- Proficiency with computers and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000
- 401(k) + match, health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Paid time off and flexible scheduling
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM
