Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Engage in business development activities, including warm calling potential clients to generate new leads.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within the technical sales sectors.
• Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for persuasive selling techniques.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
• Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts as well as new prospects.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently in the field.

Pay

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
