Overview
Glenwood Builders is growing and seeks a motivated Outside Sales Representative to assist homeowners with their roofing, siding, window, and other building needs. The role involves meeting customers, assessing their needs, providing tailored recommendations, and driving value and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs
- Present service options, pricing, and financing solutions
- Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects
- Cook with operations and service teams to ensure project execution
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on open opportunities
- Manage the full-cycle sales process from start to finish
