Outside Sales Representative - $800 - $2,000/Week

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
• Present service options, pricing, and financing solutions clearly and confidently
• Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects
• Cookordination with operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on open opportunities
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics in CRM systems

• Ability to explain technical services in a clear, simple way
• Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home services sales (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or similar)
• Background in in-home sales or commission-based roles
• Familiarity with service estimates, inspections, or home improvement solutions

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped commission structure $75,000 - $150,000 OTE
