Outside Sales Representative – $100K+ | Paid Training | San Antonio & Surrounding Areas

About the role

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the San Antonio market, and we’re looking for motivated, competitive people who want more than just another job. This is a high‑income outside sales and project coordination opportunity with paid training, strong mentorship, uncapped commission, and a clear path to leadership. No roofing experience is required. We’ll teach you the industry, the sales process, and how to manage projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods
• Generate new business through door‑to‑door canvassing
• Perform roof and property inspections for storm damage
• Take photos and document potential damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Help homeowners navigate their roofing project
• Coordinate projects from initial inspection through completion
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to work outdoors and climb roofs
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
• Commitment to helping grow the San Antonio market
