What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and close projects
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Conduct site visits, assess project scope, and collaborate on accurate estimates
- Present proposals and confidently communicate project value, timelines, and pricing
- Build long-term relationships with property managers, general contractors, and business owners
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups to consistently close deals and hit revenue targets
- Stay knowledgeable on materials, pricing trends, and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience
- Strong understanding of commercial project cycles and bidding processes
- Ability to walk job sites and assess project opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field + office environment
