Hanes Companies, in Grapevine, TX, is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join their team.

Qualifications

• Able to operate office equipment
• Cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions
• Four (4) year degree or equivalent work experience
• Highly motivated/self starter
• Commitment to Management System and Continuous Improvement process

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships at assigned accounts
• Introduce new products to assigned accounts
• Maintain and grow business in assigned territory by sampling, quoting, problems solving, and making sales presentations
• Gather competitive information from the field and communicate it back to Hanes' management
• Achieve sales budget at assigned accounts
• Participate in the continuous quality process
• Conform to all quality/safety requirements and procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace
• Perform other duties as assigned
