Outside Sales Rep Weekly PAY Start Next Week

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a newly launched delivery program. You will recruit local businesses to join a delivery partner program, collaborating with a Field Manager and other local contractors.

About the role

The role involves travel up to two hours driving distance and offers commission for each partner converted. Positions are available in or near Medford, OR, Tillamook or Lincoln City, OR, and Redmond, OR (consider Bend, OR as well). This is a contract position based out of Tillamook, OR, with a work environment split 80/20 between fieldwork and home-based follow-up/admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
• Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest and applications from businesses.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
• Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Outside/Field Sales experience is required.
• CRM experience is required, with a preference for Salesforce.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Skills

• Field sales experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is a plus.
• Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others.
• A high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills for field applicants.
• Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems and technologies.

Pay

$27.00 - $27.00/hr.
