Qualifications
- Comfortable prospecting in person daily (walking into businesses)
- Outgoing and confident starting conversations with new people
- Sales experience (B2B or field sales preferred)
- Tech-comfortable (apps, navigation, CRM tools)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Bonus points: Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens, familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment

What You’ll Do
This is a field-based, sales-driven role where your hustle directly impacts your income.
- Possessors: Prospect & Sell: Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses daily to identify gasket issues and pitch our services
- Possessors: Close Deals: Follow up on leads, return to estimates, and convert interest into paid work
- Possessors: Deliver Service: Represent The SEALS with professionalism and urgency
- Possessors: Stay Organized: Use Vonigo to track jobs and pipeline
- Possessors: Stay Mobile: Travel throughout your territory using your own reliable vehicle

Compensation
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
