Outside Sales Rep

Our dedicated team excels in residential remodeling, renovation, and repair services, doing whatever it takes to get our customers' home exteriors back in fantastic condition. Now, we're hiring full-time Outside Sales Reps in Ft. Smith, AR, to help us continue serving the community.
About the role
This is a great entry-level opportunity to develop your sales skills, learn effective new strategies, and positively impact local customers. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with flexibility based on customer availability, business needs, and performance goals. Occasional morning huddles and extended evening hours may be required. Saturdays (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.) are required; we are closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Canvassing neighborhoods and engaging with local homeowners
- Asking prospective customers about their remodeling/restoration needs and promoting our services
- Climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Answering questions, addressing concerns, and booking service appointments
- Managing your time effectively and providing professional customer service
- Tracking sales success digitally
- Striving to improve and increase sales daily
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Pay
Performance-based earnings with average annual income of $100,000+ and uncapped commissions. Higher performance directly increases your income.
