About the role

This position offers base pay as well as commission. 90% of this job will be driving and finding future new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new customers and generate leads as well as completing any company leads provided.
  • Work as directed to achieve sales goals.
  • Offer all roll off dumpster services to all prospects/customers.
  • Avoid representing our company in an unprofessional or unethical manner.
  • Be a self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Explore all opportunities to network and build referral partnerships.
  • Post sales data daily.
  • Properly enter sales data for new accounts.
  • Properly maintain and care for company property including phone, tablets, and vehicles issued to you.
  • Keep all customer information confidential.

Requirements

  • Valid drivers license.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Well-developed presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.

Qualifications

  • Relevant sales experience: 1 year (preferred).
