About the Role
Seeking a 3+ year commercial flooring sales professional with an established book of business in the Memphis market.
Responsibilities
- Call on general contractors, property managers, and building owners
- Cover a 75–100 mile territory around Memphis
- Sell commercial and multi-family flooring products (no residential)
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts

Compensation
- $45K–$75K base (DOE)
- Uncapped commission ($150K–$200K+ OTE)
- Car allowance + gas card
- 401(k) match up to 4%
