Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Leading the outside sales and rental strategy in your own assigned territory
Prospecting for new business, managing sales leads, and securing new customer accounts by offering tailored solutions and tactfully negotiating to close deals
Identifying and building relationships with decision makers within existing customer accounts, creating an ongoing relationship strategy
Key account management, including retaining and growing top accounts, and proactively identifying new business opportunities and innovative solutions
Succeeding against contract terms and consistently meeting customer satisfaction
Following up with customers on orders, quotes, and requested services
Collaborating with product experts to identify and capitalize on expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts
Sourcing competitor information and analyzing competitor product offerings, applications, and pricing to overcome customer objections and guarantee sales
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of previous direct B2B sales experience preferred
Post-secondary education in Sales, Business Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
Maintaining a valid driver’s license is required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
Previous CRM system experience preferred
Confident and resilient, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
English language proficiency required; Spanish language proficiency a strong asset but not required

Pay
This position offers uncapped commission and an annual base salary plus bridge salary.
Schedule
This is an onsite role based in Phoenix, Arizona.
