About the role

The Outside Sales Professional spends the majority of their time in the field meeting with property owners who are dealing with major damage to their homes or buildings. Responsibilities

  • Educate property owners on how the firm advocates on behalf of policyholders
  • Build trust quickly through empathy, professionalism, and strong communication
  • Lead consultative conversations that result in signed representation agreements
  • Collaborate with internal estimators, adjusters, and claims professionals
  • Compete effectively with contractors, insurance carriers, and other adjusters in the field
  • Transition signed clients to the internal claims team so you can focus on new opportunities
