Established Responsibilities

  • Takes initial contact with prospective customers
  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities
  • Maintains customer contacts and solicits opportunities for additional company involvement
  • Provides follow-up contacts to ensure customer satisfaction and offer advice in technical and product capability areas
  • Solicits new business opportunities regularly to expand company involvement at customer locations

Qualifications

  • Industry and territory knowledge for maximum potential
  • Ability to manage existing customer relationships and prospect for future opportunities
  • College courses in sales, marketing, or business administration preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-starter personality
  • Personable and extroverted
  • Well organized

  • Must be able to operate an automobile
