Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, premium home improvement products
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in your local market
  • Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and mindset training
  • Collaborate and contribute to a high-performance team environment

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • A goal-oriented, team-first mindset
  • Confidence, positivity, and high energy
  • Sales experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree is preferred or equivalent experience

Pay

Base + Uncapped Commission (Top reps earns over $400K)
