About the role
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for creating sales, establishing and maintaining both client and referral relationships, curating a steady pipeline of active opportunities, and consistently hitting the established monthly sales quota.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage sales pipelines
- Establish and maintain relationships with UHNWI clients in the built/construction environment
- Network and meet with referral partners and prospective clients
- Manage a steady pipeline of active opportunities
- Consistently hit the established monthly sales quota
- Use CRM to enter leads, opportunities, and activities
- Determine scope of work and ensure proposals align with client needs
- Participate in networking events
Requirements
- Proven track record of outside sales to UHNWI in the built/construction environment
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience to UHNWI in the built/construction environment
- Knowledge of selling audio & video (A/V), networking, Lutron lighting & shading, Control4 (C4), Savant, Crestron Control Systems, high-end home cinema and audio
- Experience with residential or commercial technology integration firms, owners reps, architectural reps, or business development for trades
- Outside sales skills, producing one's own book of business
Qualifications
- Must live in the area to network, meet with referral partners, and meet prospective clients
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, Saturday by appointment
Benefits
- $50k base salary + commission (OTE Yr1 - $150k, OTE Yr2 - $200k)

- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
