- Possess and develop new client leads

Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience
- Experience in the lumber/building materials industry
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of lumber and building materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
