Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough termite inspections: Identify issues and recommend solutions to customers
• Build rapport with homeowners: Leverage sales skills to upsell additional services, especially our premium Sentricon system
• Hit sales targets: Actively seek and seize opportunities to exceed monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field
• Pest Control or Termite Knowledge: Experience in pest control or understanding of termite behavior and treatments is a plus (training provided if needed)
• Customer-first mentality: Ability to make customers feel valued and retain their business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
