About the role
We’re looking for an Outside Sales Executive to represent some of the most recognizable and best-selling plush brands in the world, including Star Wars, Stitch, Spider-Man, Bluey, Paw Patrol, Batman, Harry Potter, Beanie Babies, and more.
Responsibilities
- Secure business with new and existing customers within assigned sales territory
- Meet with customers face-to-face and build real relationships
- Keep your portfolio organized and turn clients into long-term business
- Show customers how our products drive excitement and sales in their stores
- Familiarize with the Ty Inc. brand/licensing to deliver a fresh perspective to our customers
- Enter orders easily through our own iPad system, iPad included.
Qualifications
- A self-starter mentality—you don’t wait, grow your business
- Strong people skills, confidence, and special talent for sales
- Competitive drive with a customer-first mindset
- Full-time commitment (Monday–Friday)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Outside sales experience (bonus points for toy or gift industry)
- A creative, entrepreneurial approach to growing your territory
