About the role

We’re looking for an Outside Sales Executive to represent some of the most recognizable and best-selling plush brands in the world, including Star Wars, Stitch, Spider-Man, Bluey, Paw Patrol, Batman, Harry Potter, Beanie Babies, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Secure business with new and existing customers within assigned sales territory
  • Meet with customers face-to-face and build real relationships
  • Keep your portfolio organized and turn clients into long-term business
  • Show customers how our products drive excitement and sales in their stores
  • Familiarize with the Ty Inc. brand/licensing to deliver a fresh perspective to our customers
  • Enter orders easily through our own iPad system, iPad included.

Qualifications

  • A self-starter mentality—you don’t wait, grow your business
  • Strong people skills, confidence, and special talent for sales
  • Competitive drive with a customer-first mindset
  • Full-time commitment (Monday–Friday)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
  • Outside sales experience (bonus points for toy or gift industry)
  • A creative, entrepreneurial approach to growing your territory
