Outside Sales/Estimator

About the role

We are a growing Power Washing and Shrink Wrapping Company in the Manalapan/Freehold area covering all of New Jersey including Staten Island, Manhattan, some parts of Brooklyn & Queens. Pre-scheduled appointments are made daily by our office staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide competitive quotes in person for both commercial and residential properties onsite
• Work with our office staff to maintain contact and relationships with prospects and/or existing customers
• Learn and utilize our CRM system

Requirements

• Construction estimating experience: 3 years (preferred)
• Landscape estimating experience: 3 years (preferred)
• Home Improvement estimating experience: 3 years (preferred)

• Great communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Skills

• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficient in CRM systems

Pay

$35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
