About the role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a high-performing sales professional with experience in high-end, luxury items. The ideal candidate will excel at creating a personalized, white-glove customer experience while consistently closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners (appointments provided – no cold calling).
• Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
• Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
• Average annual earnings of over $150k with uncapped earning potential.
• Create a connection with customers to offer our replacement services.
• Use industry leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing the sale.
• Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
