Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored renovation solutions
• Receive comprehensive training and support to succeed in a high‑commission environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or a similar industry
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay

Highly competitive commission structure with the potential to earn $300,000 per year.
